16 Oct RC Management and McDonald’s Team Up to #FillTheLotWithLove, Raising Over $21,000 for RMHC Maine

[Portland, ME] – Every baseball season, RC Management generously donates part of their McDonald’s St. John Parking Lot for RMHC Maine to use during Portland Sea Dog home games. With 20 parking spots available at every game, and 100% of the proceeds going directly to RMHC Maine, this has been a fantastic fundraiser for our organization. We’re thrilled to announce that this season, we filled the lot every single time, raising an incredible $21,752!

This achievement would not have been possible without the unwavering support of RC Management and their willingness to provide such a prime parking space for Sea Dog fans. Equally, the dedicated volunteers who worked tirelessly throughout the season made this initiative run smoothly, creating an enjoyable experience for all who parked with us. We owe a special thanks to the Saint John Street McDonald’s team for their kindness, collaboration, and willingness to work closely with our volunteers during the busy game days.

These contributions will go directly toward helping families in need of critical support through RMHC Maine, allowing us to provide free lodging and essential amenities for families with sick children receiving care at nearby hospitals. Your donations help keep families close, saving them the stress and financial burden of expensive housing while ensuring they can focus on what matters most—the health and well-being of their children.
