Overnight Staff
$18 – $20 an hour
Position Summary
This role involves maintaining a positive environment, effective communication with the House Manager, and being the caretaker for the Ronald McDonald House overnight. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring rooms and facilities are clean and secure, addressing emergencies, and enforcing House rules. The role also requires professionalism, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently while handling sensitive situations with discretion.
Work Schedule
The overnight schedule is Sunday – Tuesday from 9 PM to 8 AM or Wednesday – Friday 9 PM to 8 AM. Paid sleep time is designated from 11 PM to 7 AM.
Housekeeper
$18 – $20 an hour
Position Summary
The part-time (20 hours per week) Housekeeper is responsible for the continuation of guest services through their primary responsibility of daily cleaning of individual guest rooms and guest bathrooms, as well as for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the House in which they work and ensuring the safety of residents within the House. Work is assigned and performed under the general supervision of the House Manager who sets direction, reviews completed work with the employee, and evaluates overall performance following the mission, policies, and procedures set by the organization.
